The Faculty of Accountancy offers educational opportunities to those who wish to become qualified accountants. The Faculty was established in 1966 with the purpose of developing accountancy programmes. Graduates of the Faculty now hold managerial positions in finance, banking and accounting in various sectors and industries not only in Malaysia but also in the international arena.

OVERVIEW
The ACCA Foundation in Accountancy (ACCA FIA) is the entry level award set developed by the ACCA for graduates who want to pursue careers in accounting by gaining ACCA certification, a globally recognised professional accountancy body.

| ENTRY REQUIREMENTS |
UNIVERSITY :
- Passed SPM / equivalent with at least 5 (FIVE) credits including Bahasa Melayu/Malaysia.
- Pass in History subject.
PROGRAMME :
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with at least minimum A in 4 (FOUR) subjects including Mathematics AND minimum B in English OR
- Level (GCSE)/iGCSE with at least A in 4 (FOUR) subjects including English Language/First Language English and Mathematics.
AND
- Pass Entry Point Assessment and Interview.
