Reflecting on a year of success and commitment at the Faculty of Accountancy Alumni Ambassadors Engagement Session! On 12th December 2023, at Hotel UiTM Shah Alam, 22 alumni ambassadors, appointed on 30th November 2022, graced the event. The Faculty of Accountancy is deeply moved by the dedication of these accomplished individuals who, despite their demanding roles in prominent organizations, generously took the time to give back to the Faculty.
This unique programme, the only one of its kind at Universiti Teknologi MARA, is designed to encourage voluntary contributions in areas such as community engagement, student development, research, industry networking, and academic affairs. During this engagement session, we also proudly launched the FACT Alumni Ambassadors Mentorship Programme. This special programme, involving 22 Alumni Ambassadors as mentors, aims to foster the personal, character, and leadership development of 22 student leaders. Each student leader will receive direct guidance from a mentor selected based on their fields, interests, and individual potentials. We eagerly anticipate the success of this special project, hoping it brings immense benefits to 22 of our student leaders.
