Prof Datin Dr Suzana Sulaiman and Assoc Prof Dr Khairul Ayuni Mohd Kharuddin are currently on a networking trip to the United Kingdom (from 22th October 2022 until 6 November 2022). They are representing the Faculty of Accountancy to extend our strategic collaborations with professional accountancy bodies and establish new partnerships with universities in the United Kingdom.
The visit started with a courtesy call to the Malaysian High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, His Excellency Dato' Zakri Jaafar. This was then followed by a visit to ACCA UK and CIMA UK in London to further strengthen our existing collaborations and explore new avenues to work together in terms of teaching and research.
Their networking visit continued to Coventry University and Loughborough University, Aston University and De Montfort University which has resulted in excellent outcomes with potential MOUs to be signed between our Faculty and these universities. Their journey continues today and tomorrow with a meeting with the University of Portsmouth.
