SMA Research Cluster was established to gather all SMA-related researchers at the Faculty of Accountancy, UiTM Selangor, and branch campuses. ​

SMA includes SMA practices and tools, Strategic Management, Environmental Management Accounting (EMA), Management Accounting and Control System, Performance Management System, and other Management Accounting related research potential. ​

The members of this cluster are expected to venture into different focuses such as research grants, publication, patent and copyright, consultancies/industrial linkages and professional engagements. ​​
